SCORES students focus on helping the environment and preventing bullying

Summer SCORES students worked in 2 groups.  Each group did a community walk and observed some assets and some problems in their school community.  The groups chose to work on bullying and helping plants around the school yard.

Some ideas for how to help fix the dead plants students saw on their community wall
Students researched their topic online and came up with a plan for helping to end bullying and save plants.

The Anti-bullying group came up with rules for addressing bullies assertively and acted out situations where different students had to address various forms of bullying.  Their creativity was very impressive and powerful.
